OGR invites you to share your ideas, knowledge and experience with colleagues at the 2011 OGR Annual Conference April 7-9, 2011, in Atlanta, Ga. Whether it’s creating unique family experiences, using technology, implementing community service activities, applying restorative techniques, streamlining financial management, or something in-between, your fellow OGR members want to learn how you are making your funeral home exceptional.
Overview
- All proposals must be submitted no later than August 27, 2010.
- Each presentation should be one hour long.
- Presenters are expected to provide handouts for inclusion in the proceedings manual 45 days in advance of the conference (Feb. 21, 2011).
- Presentations must focus on educating attendees; promoting a company, service or product is not allowed. Additionally, presentations should not focus on topics that could be interpreted as price-fixing under antitrust legislation.
- Notification of acceptance of presentation will be sent to Primary Presenter.
Benefits / Compensation
- All presenters will be recognized in conference materials, increasing your visibility among your peers.
- Presenters will receive a 25% discount on conference registration. Travel, accommodations and meals are the responsibility of the presenter.
